Sugar Tide Dessert was born from years of crafting some of Foster City's most beloved Hong Kong-style sweets. Our team spent years perfecting the art of authentic dessert-making — from silky tofu pudding and hand-rolled rice balls to cloud-like vanilla frost and tropical fruit sago — before striking out on our own to build something truly ours.
We believe dessert is more than a treat. It's a reason to slow down, catch up with someone you love, or reward yourself after a long day. What the Tide Brings In
The Mango Pomelo Sago is everything. Fresh mango, real pomelo, the perfect amount of sweetness — I've been coming back every week since they opened as Sugar Tide. This place is the real deal.
Durian Pancakes are legit. If you're a durian fan, stop what you're doing and come here. The crepe is paper-thin and the filling is so rich. Absolutely worth it.
Tried the Coconut Jelly with Ube & Peach Gum on a friend's recommendation and it completely won me over. Beautiful presentation and the texture combinations are unreal. Foster City needed this.
